Easter lunch. we call to book, guided by good reviews. Luckily we find a place. we arrive and find that wax the fixed menu, detail omitted during the call. We make it present and we are told that being pasquetta had been given for granted. little bad, we find immediately on the menu of things that we like so we order: 1 appetizer (mixed fries, veal, cheese and pecorino) 2 ricotta ravioli and mushroom sauce. excellent fried, both cremini and olives allascolana, good carpaccio, and good crescia in the flavor but so much dry. appetizer all in good condition. the ravioli, on the contrary, should have been seasoned with sauce of mushrooms and bacon. I found a chiodin mushroom. ricotta inside the wax but the dressing was non-existent (photo). the service instead fast, courteous and attentive. price on average (37 maybe slightly altino for two first, an appetizer divided into two, water and two coffee.
