Bidrage med feedbackA little confused. The menu prices did not correspond to the register and the employees did not know how to handle it.
I placed an order for delivery online, my card was charged but I never received my food. I called Wingstop and spoke with Bryan, who was nice. Michelle, the General Manager, got on the phone when I explained my concerns. She blamed DoorDash, even though I didn't use DoorDash. When I questioned her about this, she became defensive and hung up on me. I just wanted to know where my food was and where my money went. Even after being hung up on, I was told that I was being rude for asking questions. Michelle, as the General Manager, couldn't provide any answers and instead became angry with me. It's not about the money, I am just disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.
The first time with a wingstop. I definitely come back. A nice break from B-Dubs with (at least) good boneless wings and a small but good selection of sauces. I drove home for 20 minutes and the food was hot and delicious. Only real problem is that you probably order ahead if possible and get the food, no seating and not much space to wait inside. Important part to go good ranch with the wings!
The food was delivered promptly, an order of wings with no drinks. The delivery person was impolite. When I tried to contact the restaurant, the phone lines were disconnected. A terrible experience. Update: The general manager reached out and handled the situation swiftly and professionally. Thank you for your help.
I decided to bring my two hungry teenagers to this restaurant for some delicious wings. Unfortunately, the location was closed for a private meeting. It would have been nice to have received a warning or seen an update on the website. However, it wasn't a big deal as it led me to discover that Pantera's also has really good wings.
