Vince's Asian Bistro - O'Fallon

If I could place no stars I would. She is a very rude person does not listen to customer complaint. We will never visit this restaurant again. We used to like it but not anymore.

Called for an order for my family, and the person helping me was pushy and rude. When I said I will call back when I have my order ready, she hung up. Called back with order, and was again rushed and was told. “Just order already we are busy” when I was dumbfounded and at a loss for words, and trying to comprehend how a person could be so rude and downright offensive, I was again hung up on. Needless to say, I will never give them my business again.

One of the best restaurants in O’Fallon! Amazing food and great service

I love this place for sizzling rice soup and hot braised chicken. I've been coming here since they opened and it never disappoints me. I have brought several friends here and all have loved their food. Very friendly owner and great A+ service

I have eaten here tons of times and it has always had excellent food. The server is a little abrupt but everyone had bad days and I don't hold it against her. But today, I decided to jog up there and have lunch then jog back. I arrived around 11:30, not very long after they opened.
