Taco Bell - O'Fallon

Quick drive thru, normal taco bell food, very polite young man at the drive thru window. Completely different experience than the garbage Panda Express across the street...Edit: went back and they said they just ran out of napkins, totally fine...what wasnt fine was them forgetting 3 of the 7 items I ordered

I don't know why I keep coming back to this location but every few months the memory will fade and I'll give them another chance. Without fail, they always get something wrong and act like we're an inconvenience by ordering food. Every single time I've been to this location they've either made my order wrong or just forgot to put something in the bag. Today is the last straw for me because I stupidly didn't check my order until I got home and they'd left out my large nacho fries. I guess that's just a donation to Taco Bell at this point because it would cost more in gas to go back and get them than they're worth. Never stopping at this one again though.

I have been to this location in the past and can say that there is a noticeable improvement as of late in their service. I'm hoping they will continue to move forward and this trend of improvement.

I recommend not going there and driving 500 miles to the next one. It’s worth it.

Asked for no sour cream on two different burritos and zesty potatoes. Potatoes where correct but not the burritos. This happened during my lunch so no time to waste my gas to drive back and get it fixed and don't bother trying to call the store. They won't answer. But they were friendly at the window.
