Hardee's - O'Fallon

We ordered two meals. The first order was the new Big Roast Beef with a side of curly fries and Queso cheese. We requested Swiss cheese and onions on the roast beef. The second order was the 2 for $5 Roast Beef with Swiss cheese, and an additional order of au jus. We had to repeat our order to another employee before receiving our food.

I live a few miles away from this restaurant and visit almost every day, sometimes even twice a day. The service can be a bit slow at times, especially depending on the time of day. Some of the employees seem to care less and have a bad attitude, but most of them are friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the food I have received there a few times has been terrible and ended up in the garbage. It made me feel sick just holding it, so I avoid ordering from there now.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was served hot and quickly, and the staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean and I was able to enjoy my meal in a peaceful environment.

The food was very good. I got my food in very good time. The temperature was good. I have no complaints.

Burgers for big meat burger people. Very good. A line of Mexican fast food that is tasty. Box of 5 tacos and chips and cheese my son's favorite and bring 3 home. Excellent milk shakes. Curly or reg fries, onion rings.
