Dunkin' - O'Fallon

If you have alot of time and shipped in FROZEN, not fresh donuts are your thing...then you'll love the place. The only thing they do in store is place their shipped in icing on thawed out donuts. All their food items are microwaved...IF YOUR LUCKY! My croissant sandwich was still cold on the inside, where the meat and cheese is, and burning hot on the outside. Bagel bites were the same way. The employees were young and playful, the store wasn't well kept. Too many employees playing around that needed to be cleaning. They should start by cleaning the glass on the entry doors

I'm kind of amazed, this used to be one of the slower locations in the area, but it seems like within the past few months it's gotten so much better. Everyone seems super friendly and the coffee has been great.

Very rude and yelled at me when they messed up my order and had attitude with me for no reason. this was on Wednesday at 6:56 am NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Dunkin' is my all time favorite donut shop, but NOT this location. I was the only one in line indoors. Had to wait for all the drive through to order be served before I was waited on which was about 15mins! Was charged over $2.50 for 1 plain donut, and a cup of water. Won't be back. Don't think that girl knew what she was doing, but I'll go to other locations that I'm used to.

Without a doubt the slowest drive thru coffee shop around. I’ve been in line for 30 minutes and write this review while in line. They are only taking one drive thru order at a time and then waiting about 5-8 minutes before taking another order. Absolutely ridiculous. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. Headed to scooters now!
