Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Horrible service, and order was not correct. After waiting an hour for the food. We ordered online and it said it would be ready at 6:20. It is now 7:15 and I only have half my order. We were told the food would be brought out to us curbside. 10 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready I went inside to find it sitting there. Absolutely terrible experience. Told 25 minute wait time, waited for 1hr 10min. Complained to the manager and was told people who check in online go directly to the top of the list. So people who are already there wait longer. And there was no apology from the manager. Horrible. Will go to the one in Fenton from now on!

Me and about 5 other veterans went in ordered, got our food and paid. Refills were offered for our drinks rather quickly and it was good service

I would consider my experience at this cracker barrel to have been somewhere between the ranges of average and slightly above average. I thoroughly enjoyed the golf tee game as well as the hashbrown casserole which was delightful to say the least. The sweet teas did take awhile to refill though. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but not outstanding.
