Mcdonald's - O’Fallon

This is the WORST McDonalds in the city of OFallon MO!!! Poorly ran and workers have time to stand around and chit chat all the while they are telling you to pull around the building, because you can’t sit at the window and get your order, because it makes their delivery time look bad. I guess if you have to sit there, because they’re inept and they poorly plan for the breakfast, lunch dinner hours, it makes them look bad to upper management. It’s more important for them to have people lined up everywhere waiting on their orders, than to work more efficiently and hand people their orders as they pull up to the window. They are reporting false numbers to upper management on how fast they are delivering at the drive up windows. This is a continual reminder, because I rarely go to this location, because of the poorly ran place.

This is a terrible McDonald’s do not go here under any circumstance. The management is rude to their partners that are delivery as well as slow as molasses. If you could go to any other McDonald’s, I would just to avoid the management here. I could see that the stars are low when I see why do not go do not go. I will reevaluate this McDonald’s in 90 days to see if it’s changed. This is a do not go.

This is the worst McDonald's. Service here is horrible. They hurry up and take your money, then have you pull around the building and wait. The old Grumpy lady sitting at the drive thru, collecting your money, shouldn't be the face of your store. She's rude, and never smiles.If you want fast friendly service, definitely go somewhere else.The people leaving 5 star reviews are probably employees, because this store barely deserves a 1 star.
