Pizza Hut Strada Outlet - Odivelas

Pizza hut lost a lot of quality in there pizzas.. When you pay 25€ for a family pizza of the (meat lovers) and when you see the picture of it, you can see that the meat it's look like croquets for dogs. Sorry for the expression but it's true. Where was the meat? I eated more cheese than the meat that was supposed to be. For the price better to eat a real bife on the grill.

Staff was super friendly, restaurant is small but not cramped... Pizza was pizza hut standard, but always fresh and hot. That's a huge plus! We got the all you can eat model, and of course left there feeling super full... Everything you want! Recommend it :

Pizza was adequate. However, level of surface not up to usual Pizza Hut standards. Our waitress, Maria (I think this is her name she didn’t introduce herself), was all over the place. Me and my partner had to wait a good 15 minutes before being asked if we wanted anything to drink and the overly confusing menu was explained very poorly indeed. She didn’t speak English, which is fine, but we saw her making fun of us with colleagues in Portuguese, not knowing that I speak this language as well. Very upsetting. When we had finished eating, we tried to get the attention of our waitress, once again, she was too preoccupied laughing and joking with other members of staff who were seemingly sitting around doing absolutely nothing?! Perhaps this was just an off night for Maria or maybe her awareness dropped due to the restaurant being relatively empty? The only saving grace for the customer service aspect of our experience was Miguel. A fine young man, very attentive and welcoming to our needs. A good example for Maria to follow perhaps? Maybe a shake up in management is required? Not for me to decide. I will eat at Pizza Hut again... but not this branch due to the service, or lack of service we encountered.

É de lamentar que o serviço da noite haja um só funcionário a atender as mesas. Onde andam as chefias??? A dormir?? O rapaz não pode fazer mais porque bem já eles faz, SOZINHO.
