Pizza Hut - Odessa

The pizzas I ordered had VERY, VERY little toppings. Definitely not work the cost of the pizza!!!

The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent and the food is delicious. However, the ambiance is a bit worn-down and the soda machine is often out of order.

Delivery driver arrived with my pizza out of the insulated bag that’s supposed too keep my pizza hot.

I ordered two pizzas - one pepperoni lovers and a super supreme - along with breadsticks and 24 pieces of boneless chicken wings. The total cost was $83. After waiting for an hour, I called and was informed that they did not have an order under my phone number. It turns out they had the wrong name, address, and phone number on file. They assured me that the order would be sent out right away. Another hour passed before the order finally arrived. Unfortunately, the pizza, breadsticks, and wings were all cold. The super supreme pizza was even turned upside down and looked like it had been flipped over. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Pizza Hut.

The service was exceptional, quick, and efficient. The flavors were outstanding and unlike anything I've had before. I will definitely return for more delicious pizza!
