Bidrage med feedbackWorst experience for a Pizza Hut. Took 1 1/2 hours to get our pizza delivered to us. Called and spoke to a lady and she said the pizza was out for delivery. 30 minutes later the pizza was delivered and I’m only 10 minutes from the location. When I called about the wait I was hung up on twice. They even transferred my call to customer service who cut my conversation short. When I asked to speak to a manager even after my pizza was delivered I was on hold for an additional 20 minutes and never spoke to a manager. Very poor customer service.
I ordered takeout at 7:22. They estimated it would be ready in 25 minutes, but when I arrived with 5 minutes to spare, my order had not even been put in the oven due to a backlog. By 8:17, only half of my order was ready and they had forgotten an item. However, the manager and the hostess were kind and helpful in addressing the situation.
It could not have been any worse. I spent $168.00 on pizza and the pizzas were just thrown together and cut ridiculously. Look at the pics. Holes in pizzas and slices cut so big that they were bigger than the plate.
By far the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had,they hung up on me multiple times, forgot my wing also and my food was cold by the time I got it.I will never order from this location again!
The online ordering process was easy and I was completely satisfied. I am disappointed in that, I was able to receive notification that my order was being prepared and the time the order would be ready for pickup. When we arrived according to that information, we learned that the store had not even placed our order in the oven because they didn 't understand what we ordered despite it being in the system. This caused a waste of nearly half an hour of our time waiting for the order to be produced and baked.
