Bidrage med feedbackGood food. I ordered Sopa de Cação (Dogfish soup) a typical soup from this area and it was super good. Huge portion enough for two persons (maybe 3). Nothing more can I say... besides.. I don't know what kind of restaurant is this. Besides regional food they also serve pizza
We were 4 people who didn’t even ate and left restaurant hungry. Food wasn’t prepared correctly, got wrong orders and it didn’t taste good, even tho working staff was very welcoming and polite.
I have just enjoyed a delicious steak, cooked by myself on a stone ‘plate’ all served with my meal as we sat at the table For me, as someone who rarely eats steak, this was the first time in experiencing this method of cooking (what was a substantial raw steak) by simply slicing up the meat and letting the very hot stone cook the meat exactly has I wanted it… awesome. Apologies for not knowing the Portuguese name for such a meal but it was highly excellent. Served with skinny fries, side salad and some sauces and washed down with a nice local red wine, by a very friendly staff really made this experience memorable. Thank you!
The staff is very friendly and willing to help out in english. Go for the day menu! I had the calapaus, 2 fish, fresh from the grill, very well prepared, and a flan caramel as dessert, together with some water, glass of wine, bread and olives, it only cost 16.6€
We've been in Portugal for a year now and of all the different restaurants we've gone to — this is amongst the worst. We ordered two over priced pizzas that tasted terrible. We took two bites and stopped for fear of getting sick. It was a total waste of money. We should have been wary of a Portuguese-style restaurant offering pizza in the first place, though by the look of the meals served to other diners the pizzas weren't the only slop served at this place. Altogether bad atmosphere, bad attitude and bad food.
