Daruma - Odawara

Daruma Restaurant is a gem! I had the best tempura of my life, and they offer delicious set menus. It's a must-try if you are visiting Odawara!

Disappointed. Seasonal menu is below average, cost-performance rate is close to zero. The restaurant has over 100 years history, but the food quality is lower than at average level Japanese food restaurants in Tokyo.

Beautifully presented limited sushi don in a traditional restaurant which has probably more than 120 years history !

Underrated traditional Japanese kaiseki. I really loved the meal, but it did seem a bit expensive and only local Japanese old people seem to visit. The fish was great, the tempura was great. The Yam was interesting, the miso soup was good. Happy with the meal but it was a little pricy and the quality was exquisite like some of the other kaisekis I’ve had. Simple!
