Wendy's - Ocoee

None of the items were to our order specifications. We had to order a second order, because the first order was completely wrong, and must have been swapped with another one. On the second order, we got wrong hamburger types, with wrong or missing condiments and sandwich toppers, and drinks were missing. The Frosty size was very small not sure if there is only one size frosty now, but these were not large, which is the size we ordered. Two orders within an hour of each other, both incredibly wrong something is wrong with this Wendys.

Awful, chewed up chicken nugget, cold greasy soggy fries no straws just a total fail 1 10 PC. Nuggets Combo and then extra fry and Sugar Cookies it was all terrible cookie good as always for $30 tho never again

Food was awful chicken 10 PC. Nuggets Combo not done they gave us like 30 chhicken Nuggets to cover for it

The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers were cold as soon as they were delivered, the Baconator Fries were alright but the bacon wasnt even cut, and I didnt receive any Chocolate Chunk Cookies that I had ordered. If youre going to have a job, at least do your minimum wage job correctly.

The Classic Chicken Sandwich was excellent as always. Frosty was great on this hot day too. The drive-thru was long, but I'm not surprised. They'll be very busy with the food. I'm not sure there's a time when they're less busy. I would recommend this place to everyone.
