Bidrage med feedbackThe store hours are wrong. They opened the store an hour late, and the chairs were still over the tables. I had to take one down myself, to have somewhere to sit. The food tasted like it was previously frozen and then thrown into a microwave, after taking 25 minutes to come out. The drink I got was decent, however, the boba tasted stale. Very disappointed.
Went in around an hour before closing and the girls working looked annoyed we were even there and rolled their eyes. The previous customers asked for 11 drinks and as soon as they left the girls started complaining about the amount of drinks they had to make with no tip. Once we received our drinks they were way too overpowered, borderline pungent. I asked for a Kiwi Ice and Strawberry Milk tea, they were both not pleasant to drink and had to be thrown out. Would not recommend coming here and would instead go to TNL Boba in Oceanside.
Everything is five stars, except food. Only because I have a soy, dairy, and nut allergy, they did not carry oatmilk. I hope they start to carry oatmilk soon. I substituted with a green tea and mango with Boba. Which came out to be five stars. Brown sugar frosti milk with boba, came out fabulous. My kids loved their drink. I am a return customer for sure.
This place went downhill after Covid, they don’t put fruits on top of the drinks anymore, my strawberry frost syrup was so sour like as if it was old and the ice cream part tasted watered down like as if they just put a bunch of ice for the large to make it quicker… this place is nasty now, don’t waste your time they obviously don’t care about the customers anymore. Just threw my nasty watered down drink away. Pure lazy workers who just want to leave quickly as they can even if it includes messing up an order, how sad . It tastes like a thin watered down smoothie ?
I 've returned. And the kitchen is down because they 're pre-frying everything. I see that there 's a hiring sign for a shift lead so I can only assume the owners are looking for more staffing. There 's so much potential for more business here but each time I come, there 's no customer service, the fryer is down, there 's at least one customer complaining they haven 't gotten the order, or a person comes in saying they 've been calling and while I 'm there I see them ignore any incoming call. I 'm sorry but either the owner needs to come in here everyday, manage, and teach their employees how to run things properly or just shut it down.
