Subway - Oceanside

The employees here are entitled and can't even stand to do they're job until closing time. It's crazy that I went there over an hour prior to the closing time and they already had light off with no one inside. The last time I went to this subway the employee who took care of us was rude and unprofessional because I guess we were inconveniencing her to do her own job. These kids don't understand that they serve mostly to marines all day that have a much worse job than making sandwiches, the least they can do for the people that serve their country is feed them at least until the actual closing time.

The big lady that claims to be the manager needs some customers service class. She's extremely rude, I witness her down talk to a Marine who was paying for his footlong. I think she said her name was hearson (sp). Management should know how to speak to a human being. Extremely unprofessional from her part.

Clean and well staffed. Really appreciated they remember the old menu since I dislike the new one. They weren't stingy on ingredients and it was a fresh and tasty Italian BMT. Super convenient location to the Del Mar Cottages! It's also conveniently located next to a mini mart.

New location! Right next to the old location. Except, everything is new. Lol The one worker was really busting it out with a line of five people and multiple machines beeping at them. The multitasking was impressive! Sandwiches weren't rushed either. My only piece of advice would be to the closing shift (or whoever does the dining room cleaning)... move the chip shelves and clean under there when ya do the floors. It's gross, and really shouldn't be, considering how new it is. Also, the person working today 8/6/22 at noon, deserves a raise and another human to assist.
