Starbucks - Oceanside

Their mobile order pick up in the morning is absolute chaos and if you’re looking for somebody friendly or happy to ask if your mobile order is ready this is not the right place to go. I’ve been here numerous times. This is not just a one off.

Blocking one of the 2 bathrooms for employees as customers are pigs is disrespectful. Why should there be a long line because of this!!

They lack of attention to the clients.1st. Not being line I had to wait more than 5 min to be attended.2nd. I ordered a Tall Caramel Machiato, an Oatmeal plus a Glazed donut warmed.They never called me when my order was ready, I had to go and check between the orders for mine.3rd. Coffe was cold, oatmeal was cold, and Donut was cold.But they are having fun just chatting like at home.No wonder why people dont feel attracted to come and sit to enjoy their coffee/food even they count with a nice big room with lots of chairs tabkes, etc.,is empty.!

Biggest JOKE of a Starbucks in history. They covered the outlets so you cannot charge! The staff make some LAME excuse as to why. Clueless girls here just horrible

They covered all the outlets in the building so there is no where to charge devices. If you are some like me that goes to study, go somewhere else and spend your money at a less greedy location.
