Starbucks - Oceanside

Counter service was poor. I was not acknowledge at first and when I was she was not in the best of moods as it appeared that I was an inconvenience for coming inside the cafe.

It's been a while since I walked into a Starbucks, I usually just drive through and get my drink. Its sure odd that depending on what area you go and stop at a Starbucks, each one makes your MOCHA FRAPPUCCINO different. People it's the same order every time: Mocha Frappuccino with 1 extra shot of expresso, whipped cream and chocolate drizzle, the only change is the size. Why is it so different? I have 5 choice locations in my area and NOT one makes it the same.

Got an brown sugar oatmeal milk shaken expresso I received a cup full of ice with basically just expresso, I guess I spend like bucks on ice a shot of expresso.

Since the new location opened, I am excited about the drive thru service. I have been frequenting this Starbucks both inside and using the drive thru since the Grand Opening. The baristas are very knowledgeable and pleasant, especially Callie and Chris. Even though this location can be busy, I’ve always been pleased with the accuracy of my order.

This Starbucks is NOW terrible! The original crew seems to have all left. They had a previous location in the center next door and the manager and her crew were the best! When this new location opened they were all there. In the last month the crew n manager has changed. All the new employees are rude and slow. I work in the same shopping center and go there daily. I will not be going there again. The staff is rude, the drinks are terrible and the place is dirty. Bathrooms are disgusting. I’ll be reaching out to their district manager regarding this location.
