Bidrage med feedbackI have been in this place for years and have always received great service. Something different today. I was on the fence to give this 3 star rating. Here's the problem. I asked for her Crema con fresas. The price $7 a little staple but I go because I like it. I love it when you get it and it is covered with granola and honey. The granola is usually up to the top of the lid where you can hardly fit the spoon. Not today! It hardly covered the crema. Honestly, most of the granola was soothing. I paid and gave a tip that many people don't give. I looked at the cup and saw the granola and asked if you were a little more. The answer was common for capitalism. If you want more granola, you can buy it at the cup. She stopped the cup so I could see? Really, lady like rude. Why would I want a cup of granola if I wanted a little more? Anyway, it's sad because between the tip and the card fee it was $9. Would it have killed her to add a spoon? I would.
Good service and a variety of flavors of sherbets and ice cream. This place has a few high seating tables.
One of my favorite spots to take a little treat in the valley, and there are SO MANY flavors to choose! Last time I went for a snout, we were served by the owner and he was very happy to explain what some of the unknown flavors were. Try the burned rice flavor when you are a fan of horchata. Price was very fair, we both have HUGE shells and spent less than $10 overall. The store is always clean and the people who work here are friendly, I recommend this place
The only authentic Mexican ice cream shop around with unique flavors and brilliant ideas. Prices are affordable and it is a small business. I wish they would extend to other cities!! If they blow Ganas, they'll take care of it!
This place is so affordable! Single scoop in a cup was just 2.50! However if your transaction is under 10 dollars they do charge you a 50 cent credit card fee! So bring cash! I tried their classic vanilla which looked like a mango but trust me it's so goooood!! Also tried the burnt milk and it reminds me of a horchata and a big red gum!
