Burger King - Oceanside

Second time I pass by here and it’s always closed at 10, google says 10:30 and their ad on the window says 11, owner should look into this, I was ready to get a few meals for me and the family but they are always close way earlier, I was there by 10, I noticed the shut the outside lights manually as I drive in so people don’t try to come in anymore

You would think when you buy a burger from somewhere it would automatically come with cheese on it (not extra... just one slice or how ever much that it's supposed to come with. right? Well this location tried charging us an extra dollar for it to even have a slice on a burger. Not only that but when you buy 4 orders of French toast sticks they give you one thing of maple syrup to use for them all and charge for any extras. Seriously? How do you expect any business when your employees are scamming customers into paying extra for something that should be included for the normal price of a burger?

Don't do it! Haven't been to a Burger King in year's, this is definitely not what I remember. No onion to be found in the onion rings and did you know the Whopper cost just 10 cents less than a super yummy Chili's Old Timer burger with cheese? Crazy right because there's no comparison when it comes to the quality. The Whopper serves a very thin patty (not sure it was big enough to call it that) on this huge, gummy bun; GROSS! At this point save your wallet and your stomach and go to Chili's, In-n-Out, or just someplace else that knows burgers. The customer service in the drive thru was excellent, super nice people. All the ladies that work here are rude af every single time and change rules about the coupons you can use and how you can order. Seriously if you're so miserable go work elsewhere smh!
