Bidrage med feedbackThe hotel is beautiful and a great location. The restaurant is less to be desired. We waited forever to get our food and it was not even good eggs cooked wrong and some of it was ice cold. They also forgot to make my son?s meal. The waitress was very unfriendly. When we asked about my son?s food, she said that the cook was making it and it would be done when it was done. I guess you don?t have to be nice when 20% Gratuity is added automatically. She definitely did not
Stayed at Dunes Manor and that is a great hotel, but ate at this restaurant for breakfast before leaving and it was terrible. For one, we waited to be seated for ten minutes while several employees saw us and kept it moving. I ordered eggs and scrapple, where the eggs were slightly overcooked but edible (they're eggs) but the scrape was soggy as hell and disgusting. Waste of money.
We love coming down to the bar and restaurant when we stay at The Dunes. It's pricey, but not any more expensive than some of the other giant, overcrowded restaurants in the area. The food is delicious--we've never had anything we didn't enjoy. You can always get a table on the deck, overlooking the ocean. Service is great. And they're dog friendly!
My wife and I stay at the Dunes Suites hotel once a year, fall or summer. We have always enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the Victorian Room restaurant. The open deck rocking chairs are nice for a pre dinner cocktail. The food has always been good, plenty, and not too expensive for a vacation town. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
Quaint, quiet, and beautiful. The perfect place for my husband and I to have a date alone on the deck, watching the ocean at golden hour. The menu is small, but elegant. Also, everything is labeled gluten free, which was very helpful for us. The service was friendly and attentive. A bit on the pricier side, but you?re paying for the ambiance, service, and quality. Excellent experience. Will definitely return.
