Fractured Prune Donut Shop - Ocean City

This place is great! First, the donuts are delicious. Second, everyone was so friendly. Then the breakfast sandwiches are so delicious. I was at all donut places in OC and that was my favorite.

I've known Fractured Prune for a long time as a booklet on the OCMD/DE beaches, but a few years ago I noticed some places in Jersey Shore. After years of loyalty to our local shops, I decided to try it out. First, her menu is MASSIVE. Your donuts are similar to many fried donut shops here below, where each variety begins as fresh, hot, fried donut and will then be topped with your special order. However, I have never seen a menu of this extensive. Inside the shop is small, but there is plenty of space outside. They also travel pretty well and even taste a little better when they have cooled down a bit, but later even more. We have ordered half a dozen donuts: Carnival (Honey Glaze, Rainbow Sprinkles), Lumberjack (Maple Glaze, Bacon, Cinnamon Sugar), Peppermint Patty (Mint Glaze, Chocolate Mini Chips), Twix (Chocolate Glaze, Graham Cracker and Caramel Drizzle), Strawberry Shortcake (Strawberry Glaze Maybe too hot... they started to taste better than they were chilled. That would be better to go home and, in my opinion, enjoy. All in all, I really enjoyed this place. It does not have the same atmosphere as Nauti Donuts or Browns, but they are definitely great. The line also tends to be shorter, so this is a good place to grab some on the way home!

This is such a great place for breakfast! The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and only their correct size, the donuts come in a million delicious flavors, and the coffee drinks are fantastic! The staff is always so friendly, and the service is fast even on busy days. And her peanut butter cold brewed coffee is my absolute favorite

My two young sons were thrilled to share with the staff that it was our first time here. The staff was so friendly. We used their outdoor seats to eat our donuts warm. I heard the manager (owner). an employee in It is their first time here. Look at them and see how they like it. I loved the experience. The donuts were delicious, and the pride on customer service was appreciated. We'll be back soon!

The donuts are made hot and fresh to order so be prepared for a bit of a wait, but everything from Fractured Prune is well worth that wait. You can also order online which makes ordering very quick and easy. We ordered donuts for my daughter's donut themed birthday party and they are guaranteed to be a huge hit! This is a must stop when visiting OC, NJ!
