Wawa - Ocala

Well this is happening now the bartista was there she made one drink then looked and and left. Then upon us asking when will someone make the drink we get laughed at and finally someone comes makes it smh poor customer service I will never come to this location again the staff needs to be re trained.. btw lucky I'm nice and did go off making me late toy appointment I'll see if they was packed but they was not at all. So now I'm screaming STOP BEING RUDE AND THINKING THINGS ARE FUNNY DO YOUR JOB U APPLIED FOR AN WORK LIKE EVERYONE ELSE PLEASE AND THANKS KIDS..they have nothing but kids working there I will drive outta my way to get better service.. please re train the lil kid with the blond short hair the tall one with glasses and blk hair and the lady with the braids tall lady with the braids..all three of y'all need to be fired and or re trained or written up.. period and yes I called all three of you guys out I hope u read this or your friends told u so u know u are rude and disrespectful

For the past week they haven't had anyone to make your drink order. They want to claim they're short handed but have plenty of people to make that nasty food. Get it together at this store.

Well I just called up there to ask if they had any propane available for switching tanks. They told me they were too busy to help me and they could not look for me I said ma'am literally there's no one that can help me and she put me on hold literally until I just hung up cause of ever coming back on that phone I have been driving around all day with my children looking for gas our gas went out in the middle of the night last night and we were chilly.... Thanks

Just stopped at the Wawa, Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL location to fuel up on our long trip back home. I've never been at a Wawa before and was pleasantly surprised. In addition to gas and regular convenience store items available for purchase, they have a large menu of both food and specialty drinks. They have fresh fruit, salad, bakery items, sandwiches, burgers, panini's, quesadillas, iced coffee, lattes and refresher drinks, etc. I recommend the Delce DeLeche Iced Latte, delicious! It was really quick, efficient and clean! Staff was very friendly. I would give them five stars, but I am holding 1 back because there were only 2 stalls in the bathroom, so a short wait was involved which is hard when you have little kids who need to go! But, as a mom, a clean, 1 stop shop is so helpful for our long trek home! I hope to see more locations pop up. Wawa, bring some to Michigan please!

Prices too high. Over $5.00 for a regular turkey and cheese sandwich?! I went elsewhere.
