Mcdonald's - Ocala

A typical McDonald's. The restaurant and the toilets were clean. It was about food quality and you can expect from McDonald's. This was at noon so that the food was freshly cooked. This review was written during the time of the Kovid recruitment crisis, and there were not many high-quality employees to find. That means the staff was not rude, but not friendly. They seemed like they'd rather be somewhere else.

This McDonald's location is the worst I have ever been to. The wait times are extremely long, and the staff, especially an older lady in the drive-through, have nasty and unpleasant attitudes. They often brush customers off with snarky comments and gestures. To make matters worse, they frequently run out of meals, even after they have been paid for. I tried ordering through the mobile app for pick-up to avoid the wait times, but my order was never ready when I arrived. The McDonald's closest to Highway 75 has heavier traffic, but they are fast and courteous. I will be making the trip there instead of returning to this McDonald's. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Okay manager how do you have your location to not have ANY KETCHUP? Like I have never been to a McDonald’s and have them say they ran out of ketchup. Kinda stuff is that? Get it together, k thanks!!!!!

I'm not a fan of McDonald's . The food and service is not what it use to be. Sometimes I get a nice person who takes my order and then there are times I get rude people and I'm like wait until I get to that window and when we are face to face her tone changes then I'm like OK that's better so I have no other choice but to be kind.Food: 3/5

So I did my mobile order got to the window for my food and was asked to pull up to wait for my food. Which is fine. Took 15-16 minutes. Then they still didn’t give me my drinks. Had to wait several more minutes for those. Get home and my 2 double HAMBURGERS both had cheese on them. I didn’t order cheese burgers and say hold the cheese because I’ve tried that in the past for their 2 cheeseburger meal but they couldn’t seem to be able to hold the cheese. This time they added several pieces to my HAMBURGERS! I should not have to check all my food at all nevermind after waiting over 15 minutes. They need to train their people to read better. Ridiculous!!!
