Bidrage med feedbackI absolutely love the food at Marks. However, I'm not fond of the service. Calling to get a reservation is always a hassle. They need to understand that we are the customers, and they rely on us for their revenue; otherwise, they might have to close down the restaurant. Yet, I often feel as if we'd starve if they didn't allow us to dine there. I've checked all the negative reviews, and most of them highlight issues with the service or difficulties in getting tables, and it seems no one is addressing these concerns. Marks has lost many of its loyal customers and now seems to rely on new ones. Good luck to them! I won't be returning. Parking: If you're lucky you'll find street parking

Manager Frank is unhelpful and Host Danielle is not accommodating. They think that just because they are downtown, they are untouchable and can treat people with disrespect. Price per person: $100+ Service: 1
I was amazed how delicious the food tasted. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and service was great. The lamb chops were very juicy and tasty. Our waiter Ian was the best. The entire experience overall was wonderful for my husband and I first time dinning at this establishment. The manager to my surprise was very nice and pleasant. We will be returning. Parking: To get a good parking spot without valet parking you have to get downtown about 4:30 to get a good parking spot on a Friday.
