First time here. Had questions and they had the patience to answer them. I order the volcano sushi roll and it was good and fresh. I also tried another roll (I forgot the name) but I asked if they could alter some thing small and the older guy there jumped right up and said yes. No questions asked or charging more or anything like that. I really appreciated that specially since it was my first time. Totally will be back before we leave from Florida! I have eaten at the Hibachi Express since it opened. These are such hard working folks, food is always good, cooked fresh for each order and done quickly. I highly recommend Hibachi Express.
