Paraiso - Óbidos

I´ve been there too many times. And never ever they have disapointed me or closed friends. Food is always very fresh and very well served. You can order an Half dish (more than enough for a person or a full dish if you eat very, very well Is not a High Class restaurante, but it is warm. Takes a while to be served because food is made at the moment of your order, but it is good. Very kind atmosphere. And.. well, I consider that is cheap. A couple eats very well by 25

A very busy restaurant. Best time to visit for lunch is around 13:30. Then you will most probably always have a table. Try their mixed fish, see photo attached. Also their vino verde is great.

It's a nice local restaurant on the national road between Caldas da Rainha and Tornada (about 1,2 km south from exit 20 on motorway). The location means that you can visit it with car only but if you have it and you are driving near Caldas da Rainha it's worth to stop for lunch or dinner. We stayed in Sao Martinho do Porto and had some dinners here on the way back to our house. It's typical local restaurant with huge portions of good food, very good prices and friendly service with some English. During weekends it's popular place for birthday's dinners and so on. But it's full of locals on workdays also.

Ambiente simples, bastante familiar, atendimento simpático, doses generosas a bons preços. A meia dose é bastante para quem come bem. A dose, mais que suficiente para duas pessoas. Bom lombo de porco, opções variadas. A voltar.

A comida é muito bem confeccionada e a quantidade é excelente, os empregados muito simpáticos. Um restaurante sempre a visitar nas Caldas da Rainha.
