Shoko - Oberstdorf

Very nice small shop with many great decorative items to buy. The owners are Dutch, that I noticed right away, because when you know the Netherlands you see the small details that indicate. Large selection of chocolate, chocolates and sweet things. Delicious coffee and chocolate cakes, I can only recommend. A visit is worthwhile.

Nice and very cozy café. Very friendly owners, ingenious chocolate cake coffee toast (and certainly much more, but more has not been matched by us.

Owner was NOT friendly or customer-oriented. Chocolate was not impressive, especially given the price. Coffee was average.

Like many others, this week I was in Oberstdorf for the ISU competitions for adults. And of course in a week, so you need to buy time some souvenirs and gifts! Hunting chocolate for my temporary Mexican-Russian coach I landed in Shoko, where O got a very nice gift box of chocolate Got a small chat with the (new) owners and was offered a coffee! Nice cozy place in the center of the village. Many international customers enjoy a short break between our busy competition schedule. Perhaps the locals have to get used to the change of property, but the new owners do their best to give everyone a good time!
