I spent the last weekend here with my daughter and my two little grandchildren (4J. 5J. We booked the suite at the proud price of 190€ the night to have enough space. The room was expressly reserved for 2 adults and 2 small children. The suite consisted only of a double bed without a sofa bed, we offered a cot for almost 50€. We thankfully rejected this generous offer, my daughter bought a small cot for much less than 50€ There were no towels for the children, a blanket or a pillow. I have never experienced this in a hotel. In the evening we reserved a table at the hotel restaurant. On the question whether there was a children's card we got the papal answer we should order the children an adult dish there would be nothing else. Later it became a little fresh, one offered blankets to the neighboring table. My grandchild who only wore a short shirt was completely ignored. I would like to point out at this point that my grandchildren are very well educated, they have quietly entertained at the table and were in no way disturbing. It is absolutely incomprehensible to me how to behave towards children. We have clearly felt that children in this hotel are absolutely undesirable. This would have been the same for us when booking the room. Probably it is not in the sense of the hotel to receive children.
We arrived here today, on Sunday, July 17th, 2022 at quite exactly 3 pm and saw the sign that bought coffee and cake in the afternoon. When entering the house we were unfriendly by a lady at the entrance “absorbed” what we wanted coffee and cake on the terrace, as advertised on the shield. “This gives us net”. When asked why the sign would be outside, she meant unfriendly lady, that's probably still from a wedding and complimented us out. To prove the sign at the restaurant here in the photo. Even if no afternoon coffee can be served for whatever reason it would have been appropriate to apologize for the wrong information and to thank you for making the mistake. All in all, a pretty inconsistency. Feeling like we wanted to know that we were not part of the desired clientele, but without knowing us. No recommendation!
