Restaurant del Hotel Casa Antigua

This beautiful hotel is located in an old monastery is such a novelty. the room decoration fits beautifully in the walls of the rooms. the dining room is open to the beautiful gardens outside and the light pouring is adorable. we enjoyed a short one. time at the pool to relax after busy days to explore the wonderful city antigua. a new residence. the employees are efficient and a little quiet and suffy until they talk to them and then they are friendly and personal.

Clean, affordable, nice staff, well located....we would stay here again in a heartbeat. they can go to all major city sites and mercenaries.

We came to lunch and enjoyed both dishes. the environment is beautiful with warm colors and the gentle sound of water. the personal was friendly. we were able to cool down one of them. When we finished, we got free chocolate that was... big.

I stayed at this charming hotel and continental breakfast in their restaurant was included with my room. It consisted of a basket of wonderful sweet breads and coffee. I did not care for their coffee, but I am particular about my coffee. One morning I...was very hungry and ordered a full Oaxacan breakfast with green chilaquiles and tasajo and it was delicious. The price was about $5usd. The service was very attentive and the restaurant is in the lovely courtyard of the hotel. I didn't try the restaurant for lunch or dinner.

I went to Oaxaca with my family, we were looking for an authentical mexican style or better said Oaxacan style breakfast and food, and wandering trough the downtown streets we found this small but clean and good looking restaurant, and the food was amazing. Recently...squeezed fruit juices. The place is not crowded, is not noisy, you can get a good treat here. Clean, well served, well cooked, and thats all we wanted.
