Mcdonald's - Oakwood Village

This location needs to be shut down. The staff doesnt want to do their jobs. The Manager Kim gave me attitute when i inquired about my food after waiting 35 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches, a coffee and an iced tea. The young girl working the front on Friday 10-13-23 at 9am was very disrespectful and disengaged. Finally after 45 minutes and lot of frustration i asked for the manager at which time the girl rolled her eyes, walked as slow as she could to the back and got Kim the manager. If the employees dont want to work there they should not be there. This was not my first time experience but it will be my last. We waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes! And I am not exaggerating. When we finally got to the window to pay I asked the cashier what was taking so long and she completely ignored me. McDonald's is McDonald's. Mobile ordering and pickup was very easy and convenientThe reason for 3 stars is food. I had a bacon and egg McMuffin. I cannot taste the egg, cheese or bacon.Again, you cannot expect much from McDonald's for that price

Everything is shrinking, and the prices are going higher. Food is tasty but not worth the money.
