Delicious sushi! My family comes here every other week because of the consistently great food, super fast service, and calm but happy atmosphere.

Authentic. I lived in Japan Uzen food is wonderful. Highest quality And much more reasonably priced in Japan. Best Japanese resturant I know in the East Bay.

I like their sushi and ambiance. Pretty fresh fish and good tasting. I didn't try their other soups or others dishes. One star off for the menus not having prices. UPDATE: they seem to have taken care of their staff issue and their current staff is on point. ......... And one star off for the hit-or-miss waitstaff. One woman was wearing what looked like 5th grade sleepover pajamas and spent most of the time flirting with the other staff and ignoring customers, which ould make for good entertainment if only I had been able to place my order..

The sushi here is the real deal. Focus on any of the fish or seasonal offerings for the best experience .
