I got the Lychee Tea with boba and it was good! Only miss was that I didn't get enough of the fruity Lychee flavor, just tea. I got 75% sugar and some places make it way too bitter when you don't get regular sugar, but this place made it moderate which was good. Service was fast too.

The most delicious cheese mousse and fresh boba. Service was super fast, will definitely be coming here more often.

The drinks at this restaurant are fantastic. I have tried several drinks here, from Cheese Mousse Matcha to Puff Cream Go Milk Teas, and they have all been delicious. Since the pandemic started, ordering online and paying online for pick-up has been easy. Whenever I am in the area and craving a cold drink, Royal Tea is one of my go-to places.

The drinks at this restaurant are delicious, but their business hours listed on Google Maps are not accurate. I have tried to come in several times before finally getting a chance to try their drinks. It is important for businesses to keep their hours up-to-date.

The best boba in town . I like to support small business like this . My drink always perfect. My favorite is the cream brûlée drink. Brown sugar boba with milk and cheese cream with burn sugar on top . Their tea with cheese foam are also very tasty
