Downtown Wine Merchants - Oakland

I went for lunch and tried the pulled pork flatbread, which was excellent! The staff was fabulous. I will definitely be returning!

The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of wines, and their happy hour special is a great deal. The atmosphere is cool and welcoming, with friendly owner, chef, and wait staff. The flatbread is delicious, and the boquerones crostini is absolutely incredible.

Never fails. Always a great night. Staff is so knowledgeable. I trust them implicitly to get me out of my comfort zone. Great wines (of course! Food is great (hell yeah, Chef Mitch! . Atmosphere comfy and cozy. Location is insanely convenient.

Awesome night with friends! Beautiful decor, amazing food, awesome wine, and splendid service. It was also a pleasure to meet the proprietor, Susanne and her gracious husband Damian. We will be back very soon for another round. Cheers!
