Anthony's - Oakland Gardens

Food is always great and the service and staff are wonderful. Family has had two birthday parties hosted here and were very happy with everything.

I don't know the area well, so tried the place based on recommendation of a friend and wound up absolutely delighted. We ordered 2 different veal dishes, both of which were excellent. Prices are really quite reasonable, especially considering that protions are very generous for really good food. (The folks at the next table had the biggest pork chops I'd ever seen) . Service was prompt and friendly, the place itself very clean, comfortable and well appointed. I'll definitely be going back.

Excellent food and service, nice size portions. Food is much better than it was a few years ago. Nice Italian music playing. The Sunday brunch is well worth trying. You get drink, soup or appetizers, main course, bread, and dessert. They make really nice drinks! Their caipirinha drink is delicious!

Have been coming here for over 10 years. The food is excellent. The staff treats you like family.Had my 40th birthday party here,my wife had her baby shower here. Have had them host and cater events for us on numerous occasions. The owner James will accommodate all your needs for parties. Love it, my favorite restaurant.

I try to come here when I can (we live out in Long Island), but I’ve been coming here for years. We’ve also had celebrations catered here as well. The food is incredibly delicious. I know when I come here, I’m going to eat well (love the garlic soup). The servers are very attentive. During the week, they have a great deal for their lunch menu. When we are able to go in the evening on a Friday or Saturday night, we enjoy listening to the LIVE PIANO MUSIC. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you are looking to cater or host an event.
