Bidrage med feedbackGreat place to socialize and relax, food may be a tad overpriced but considering the area it’s all worth it.Parking: Street parking can be a pain depending on traffic, go on the side street and there will be two hour parking free.Kid-friendliness: They have chocolate milk and fruit juiceWheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair ramp
I got a delicious salad. Sorry my pic was after I started eating! Also had a latte with almond milk. It was flavorful and smooth. The atmosphere is awesome- a really chill place that’s relatively quiet aside from the music playing in the background and soft chatter among patrons. I
I discovered this spot when looking for a place with a great matcha latte, and they have it. It is never a fail and my go to. Hot or iced you can't go wrong. I am not a coffee drinker, but I have tried the latte's (hot and iced) with a shot of colectivo espresso, so good and is not watered down, perfect ratio. I usually get my drinks with one of the non-dairy alternatives they offer. The avocado toast and the Goldie's Lox Platter are delicious, filling, and always fresh. The pastries are really good too, especially the muffins. Aside from the drinks and food, the staff is really friendly and always willing to answer questions or help with recommendations or accommodate any requests for dietary restrictions or preference. The atmosphere is perfect for working/studying.
So the place is cute, but my order was made incorrectly. I ordered this for pick up so I could grab and go, I ended up waiting maybe 10-15 minutes between the line and waiting for them to fix the mistakes in my order. At first I was only served two blended coffees that were missing the whipped cream, and I was missing my smoothie too. I asked for my smoothie and to add whipped cream on top of the coffees. When the girl set my drinks down again I was confused on how she said these were extra( just two coffees with no whipped cream and one smoothie). I wasn’t told they were remaking the other drinks but I realize now they may have been doing that. Please don’t serve your customer until you have everything ready or you tell them to wait for the rest of the order. Communication is key. I only asked for whipped cream on top of the coffees, not for new ones. What a waste of $25.
Ordered a mocha to go and wasn’t that impressed. In the past I’ve ordered food but for the price I’ve learned it’s better to just go with coffee. However after another disappointing experience I’ll probably just go somewhere else. The menu is creative and appealing but for the cost it’s hard to justify at this point. It’s disappointing as I would prefer to support a smaller business but without reliable consistency I’ll just go across the street in the future. Is it worth a try? Maybe. I hope it improves but ultimately I’m not confident in spending almost $10 on one espresso drink to find out.
