Portillo's Hot Dogs - Oak Lawn

You guys were my first location I went to and made such an impact. Love that old-fashion vibe and service you guys give not to mention the tasty food! There is one location here in Southern California that makes it seem like i'm there but it's not the same of course. Thank you guys for a great experience!

Great Italian Beef, but always check the to go order, it's NEVER right. And staff isn't overly friendly.

Long wait, forgets items, and doesn’t answer phone when you call to get it corrected.

Order a Chocolate Cake for Christmas for pickup on Dec 24th. I picked it up around 4:50pm and the store was scheduled to close at 5pm. The store was packed, drive thru line was at least a block long. I walked in was directed where to pick up my cake and was out the store within 5 minutes. They were prepared. I was impressed. Great Job!

Slow service, do not get your orders correct on the afternoon/night service.
