Chipotle Mexican Grill - Oak Lawn

This place is a complete joke , I ordered online and it’s always messed up everytime. Things are always missing. This place need to close down or they need to fire everyone there

This chipotle is disgusting. I will never come back. The food tastes like it’s been sitting out, hard, not able to eat my food bc it’s disgusting … and it took 5 min for someone to come up to me to take my order. Plenty of staff inside. Bad attitudes. Go to the one on cicero

Dirty location, awful customer service!!! Paid forDouble meat and it’s like I’m pulling teeth when I tell them I paid for double meat. Can never get someone on the phone when I try to call!

I ordered a delivery through the chipotle website my order was only white rice and chicken I paid for extra chicken this is how I received my bowl

I walked in and they didn’t say hi. Very rude like who raised these kids. They smell like weed and they treat your food like dirty underwear. Don’t come here. Oh and they made my bowl very soupy. Mild sauce was mild soup. Why?
