Island Way - Oak Island

First of all the service is IMPECCABLE!! My husband and I had dinner here on a Friday evening. We called the day before and made reservations. Definitely make a reservation for dinner for a Friday evening or Saturday…the restaurant was packed. My husband ordered the crab legs and I had the scallops…everything was delicious!! Our server was wonderful…can’t beat the location either…right on the water…gorgeous views from every table… Fine dining at its BEST!! Must visit…we will definitely be back when we visit the island again. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

Excellent location and views of the ocean and pier. Mostly good food, aside from a few items they always seem to get wrong so I stopped ordering them. I do suggest the lobster ravioli or the shrimp cocktail. Service is hit or miss. I’ve had some servers that were on top of it and easy going and others who came to the table once in 45 minutes and I had to go to the host stand to get anything because the server was MIA or in the back all dinner.

Definitely a place I will return to. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service is outstanding. Very comfortable chairs and a lovely place right on the beach. highly recommend the asparagus appetizer.

Good food. Great waitress tho she is only there occasionally. Atmosphere/decor is very professional. reminds me of a New York restaurant

Reserved table for 6. Was ready upon our arrival. Ordered 3 appetizers and they were all good. Crab dip, fried pickles and the other I can’t recall but I’m enclosing a picture of it here in my review. Entree was the fried seafood combo and it was good, really can’t mess up anything fried though lol Plenty of parking and a nice view.
