Heart Of Gold Diner - Oak Hill

The food was delicious and hot. Many salads and tomatoes in the burger. Texas Toast instead of a bungalow was a really good combination. Burger was done inside but not burned. It's hard to get this today. They usually burn the burger. Not here. Fries were between crispy and not so crispy. I prefer completely crispy, but this is a personal preference. Overall a good meal.

What a great place for down home cook'n. Breakfast all day. I had an egg sandwich with lettuce and tomato and a biscuit and gravy. Very good. They have a large menu with daily specials. Prices are reasonable and the server, Caitlyn, was super. She even gave me a hand getting up (just had a total knee replacement). It was my first time there, but it won't be my last.

Service was great eggs were overcooked but the rest of the food was delicious place is really hard to find with no sign out front.

Menu is too big, but easy to navigate. Super nice server. Good portion/price. The sweet tea is best I've had in a minute

Service was okay, but for a slow morning (only 4 tables) the waitress brought us our drinks within a minute and asked us if we were ready to order what we literally started to look through the menu. The food was pretty good, although the ham was too salty, but some people like it. Overall, it's pretty good I guess. I have a toco salad instead of ham and it was really good! The French toast was very humid and the bacon was thin and crispy (hard to find).
