Boulder Lodge Grill - Oak Grove

Its no longer called Boulder Lodge, after John Taffer rehabbed the place, they went back to SRO (Standing room only) a dive bar in the middle of nowhere.

Some may remember Back to the SRO as Mac and Chester 's SRO before it was feature on the T.V. Show Bar Rescue, which renamed the Oak Grove bar to Boulder Lodge. The name was short lived before becoming SRO again. While Bar Rescue refreshed the bar and threw some paint on the walls, this spot is still and always be a DIVE BAR. I have been going to SRO for many years and have always been a fan of this local softball/biker bar. While the staff and the locals aren 't exactly the most receptive to outsiders, they warm up eventually and the food is fantastic. One of my favorite items is the Big Macro Burger a play on a popular fast food burger that goes without mentioning the name. This burger is outstanding and for me, its worth a visit on its own.

Great place for a burger. We tried the Big Mac burger and it was so tasty! We stopped in for the first time during HH and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Can 't wait to go back for live music!

One of the best burgers I've ever had. Good atmosphere and great service. Stopped in on a random trip and will definitely be back.

I was very surprised with how good the burger was. I can't remember the name, but it was similar to a Big Mac. Bartender was quick and friendly. Great experience!
