Chencho's Fine Mexican - Oak Forrest

First time here and soon as I walked in first thing I notice is no music! Everyone eating in silence ? I personally like a good and fun atmosphere with music and people conversating. Customer service was okay i guess. Lady at the registere didn't smile or great at all. This place looks sad for a sea food restaurant. A little more light and decorations would look nice.

Two different times they got me the wrong size of the same food and blame it on me and charge me for the waitress mistake ?‍ I just paid them but that’s a poor customer service, not willing to go for the third one

Haven't been here in awhile. Decided to visit. Only one other table was there when we visitedWaitress took a long time to acknowledge us. When she finally came to our table we were informed that there was no barTook forever to get our foodWaitress couldn't remember what soft drink we were drinking for refills. Remember, we are now the only table in the restaurant as the other table has now leftFood was averageWon't be back.

You may get a busy signal, they do not deliver, but they are worth the drive.

This is honestly my favorite Mexican restaurant in the south suburbs. I’ve been a coming here since they opened. Never disappointed.
