Bidrage med feedbackThe prices are getting outrages. Everything I order for delivery, my food is 45 minutes to an hour after my promised time. Won't be ordering anything from here again. Door Dash delivers for them and its always well after my lunch is over.
Cleaned my own table. No breadbowls were available. The new chicken sandwich sucked and the frozen strawberry lemonade was, at best, a rip off.
I ordered 2 warm Mediterranean bowls with chicken. One of those I paid for extra chicken. When I got home, I noticed that neither of them had extra chicken. I called the store and explained what happened and was told that I should have checked it before I left. I agree, I should have checked it, but it is the responsibility of those making the food to be sure they are making it as requested. Especially when I paid additional money to receive something. I was told that I could return for the extra chicken, but that was not going to be an option for me since I do not live a few blocks away. It's unfortunate that there was no solution other than driving back for a cup of sliced chicken.
The quality of the ingredients are still good, but the prices and the quantities you get for them are not. I have noticed this trend at Panera for at least the last 5 years, and I had hoped it was limited to the Illinois stores that I previously had visited, but it seems to be the case more and more for Panera as a whole.
I’ve been eating at this location for years now and it used to be amazing but for the past month or so, the the soup/salads taste different in an icky way. Maybe the staff are not trained well or they are using bad ingredients idk but someone should check out this location for sure
