Jersey Mike's Subs Oak Creek

I really like their subs but they need to be more careful when making them. I order online but sat to eat it there and when I got my sub the outside bag was full of oil. Open the sub and it was in a puddle of oil. Took my first bite and all the lettuce slide off. I only ate half and the other half couldn't eat it because it was so saggy. There is no need to add so much. That is just for a bit of flavor, they really ruin my sub. Wish I had a pic but I forgot to take one. I hope this will help them be better in the future.

I order online for pick-up here they are very quick even when I order 10+ subs and they are usually done in less that 30minutes and no mistakes and label the subs like requested.

Ordered a hot sub In a bowl and paid for extra meat and peppers. There was literally 3 bites of food in the bowl. It was delicious but I paid 13$ for less than a small snack. Very disappointed! It would have filled a mini sub at most.

Loved this place, great friendly staff, very helpful and Accommodating service. The Subs tasted Awesome. They build them to your perfection, Clean restaurant, pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely recommend this establishment to family and friends, as Rocco says, I will be a back.

Just an average experience. They have a good gluten free option if that's something you need. And they cut all the cold meats when you order, so they're all fresh as well. On our visit on a Wednesday at 6pm, they were out of buns, and we were told we could only get wraps or bowls. I was going to get a bowl anyway, and hubby got the wrap. The Italian wrap was actually pretty good, though nothing spectacular. Having a choice between here and Potbelly's I'd probably go to the latter. I had the portabella cheese steak on a bowl. Since I wasn't getting buns, I had assumed it would be more like a sandwich with a bed of lettuce on the bottom. I was right, but it was more like a blanket rather than a mattress. A very thin bed of lettuce. The server did tell me they were running low on everything, including lettuce. Otherwise, the meat and cheese had pretty good flavor. Not sure whether this location doesn't usually serve dinner or what. It was still pretty early for them to be running low on everything, me-thinks.
