Prohibition River - NYACK

The service at this restaurant was excellent and the food was delicious! Amanda was very accommodating and patient with our various allergies, and we absolutely loved her. She deserves a raise! The sauces and other items were all made from scratch, and the high quality was evident. The fried chicken sandwich was particularly amazing. I highly recommend this place.

We discovered this restaurant during our day trip to Nyack on Saturday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised. The menu was impressive and the drink selection was great. Our Derby and French 75 cocktails were expertly made, which can be hard to find at other places. We tried the Southern Chicken Sandwich and Eggplant Gyro, both of which were delicious. The vegetarian options were a pleasant surprise, as they were not just the usual boring meatless dishes found at most restaurants. The service was outstanding. We highly recommend this restaurant to others and will definitely return the next time we are in the area.
