Bidrage med feedbackI had the misfortune of dining here in late May as me and seven of my family members were celebrating my sister 's 60th birthday. The music was too loud, the drinks were weak and then when sent back they were too strong. A salmon dish wasn 't properly cooked and a steak dish was smothered way too much in onions and gravy. The website didn 't advertise that there would be music, but a band played, loudly, and to make matters worse, the sax player wandered around the restaurant, and we couldn 't hear ourselves think. Our bill came and I didn 't realize that gratuity was included, so I tipped on the total amount, giving our waiter an extra $70. Upon realizing my mistake, I called the restaurant two days later seeking a refund and was told I 'd receive a call back from manager Heidi. I have called numerous times over the past month trying to reach Heidi, and it is always She just left or She 's not here. After a while, I decided, forget the money, what about the principle of calling a customer who had issues in your establishment? It is now almost a month later and still no phone call. This is terrible customer service. This has never, ever happened to me before. At any restaurant I 've encountered where there was any type of issue, the manager/owner at least acknowledged it and spoke with me. This is terrible customer service, so I will never go to this place again, and I will tell all my friends and relatives in the New York and North Jersey area to avoid this place at all costs. It doesn 't deserve your business, if that 's the way customers are treated.
