They forget how to make Ice Tea. It’s so weak that it’s only colored water. It’s has no taste…. They need to teach the new staff how to make Ice

Out of all three Dunkin’s in Nutley, this one is by far the worst. Rude and lazy employees who never can make coffee the correct way and will make drinks wrong on purpose. Save yourself the time and money and just go to the one on Washington Avenue.

Consistently, the cream cheese is almost non-existent. I ask for it to be toasted because the bagels are undercooked. The outsides come overcooked almost burned) and the inside dough is undercooked. Asking for extra cream cheese did nothing for my cause either because it came almost non-existent anyway again.

Dunkin just need to try a little harder. The coffee and espresso drinks are never consistent. Sometimes its burnt coffee and other times the americano is drowned out in water. If you get syrups in your drink they will never stir it so it mixes well in to the coffee so at the end you get a mouthful of caramel. More and more I have been going to starbucks nowadays and other local coffee shops. Dunkin just isn't up to par these days.
