Bidrage med feedbackI made a reservation 24 hours in advance, but when I arrived the Prime Parking was full and they refused to provide the spot I reserved and paid for. I had no choice but to leave. They took my money but did not fulfill their end of the agreement. This is completely unacceptable. I plan to escalate this issue to corporate tomorrow and ensure they are aware of the situation.
I have never seen a Pilot this clean before. Absolutely impressive.
