Taco Bell - Nueva Delhi

Can improve drastically the quality of products and cleanliness. The sauce packet are leaking and tissues are not clean when served to me with my big bell combo

Pros : Comfortable sitting place Ambience was nice I sat on table no# 9, where they have scanner I have to order and it was a quick online experience Order was served with in 14 min Overall an ok experience Cons: Not value for money TACO was seems costly and was not up the mark as I heard it seems like an Okish not value for money Quesadilla- Overcooked as I have my self the little experience of cooking so really quality I don't liked at all. I rate 3* basis of online experience and sanitation along with vibe , there is much better work to do here. Last thing I visited with my wife, after approaching to the counter to book, person barge in said we are closed for 10 min and you can't order from here. He even don't mention please be seated and all. We said we will wait and got our self seated and then find to order ourself. So not the great experience no empathy towards customer.

It's located in the food court of the mall. Their food is damn good and their staff is super friendly. Loved everything about it.

Tacos were delicious and the staff members were helpful too. Overall nice experience.

The ambience was very good unfortunately when we visited the hand wash area was under maintenance. Earlier they used to provide re fill for your beverages but this time it was not the scenario.
