We stayed at Cinecitta again on December 30, 2018 after a long time (default 19:30 cinema 3); the cinema was so disguised (empty Cola cup, popcorn bucket, taco cellar with sauce residues) and soiled with tacos and other food residues under and on the seats that you felt really uncomfortable. I can't imagine who smashed all his fingers at the seats after he stuffed the tacos in the salsasauce as finger food. You don't see us that fast. Background: On Saturday, 25.2.17 I was in a movie with my wife at Studio 1 (very small cinema with the top floor). Two cards were previously reserved by phone and also picked up on time and paid at the pick-up switch. There was a personal complaint to the seats that I reported quietly and objectively directly after the film at the info desk with a nice young woman. She reminded me of Mr Weber's support, as she herself was not eligible for decision. That's why I called on Monday night by phone. Unfortunately, I could or did not want to go through the support. I have not heard anything about a week and although I have pointed out otherwise it seems to be absolutely irrelevant to the support. Because so far no answer. Therefore for so-called support only one star! In addition, the seats 3 and 4 in the studio 1 do not book as a paearch. Manerlebtsonst a negative surprise.

A perfect cinema day!! Great cinema with huge selection on several levels. To do this online booking, very easy.We definitely liked the deluxe with plenty of space and very cozy armchairs. For this, the snacks in ceramic bowls were served, and the drinks in glasses(environmental). The extra price was definitely rewarded!!!

A very good movie of this I can only recommend because there is a large selection of movies, not only that you can go to eat there very well and meet with friends simply bring cozy small talk.
